USA: Judges overturn trans*hostile law – birth certificates can be changed again

The ruling of a federal district court in Idaho on Friday was a victory for queer activists. The court overturned a Republican-backed law that had caused worldwide horror with its regression. Since July 2020 it has banned transgender people in the northwestern US state from having their birth certificates adjusted.
