“Starman” is a Baron Munchhausen out of space: entertainer Sven Ratzke was inspired by David Bowie’s music and at the same time created a homage to the pop legend and his very own story with “Starman”. The show is a musical journey from New York to Berlin, between 1970s glam rock, sound collages and piano songs, accompanied by Ratzkes three-man band under the direction of the ingenious pianist Charly Zastrau. “Cabaret meets rock show, entertainment meets pop, and the spirit of pop icon Bowie floats above everything. Starman” runs in Hamburg’s Schmidtchen theatre from 28th to 31st October.<\/p>\n
