British airline ‘Virgin Atlantic’ has announced a very special “Pride Flight” to mark
50 years of WorldPride/Stonewall in June 2019. The Pride Flight from LHR to JFK will leave London Heathrow on 28 June at 16:05 as flight VS69. The entire crew, cabin as well as cockpit will consist of members of the LGBTQ community. Also on board will be the “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”-star Tituss Burgess, a DJ and other queer celebrities. Inflight entertainment will comprise speed dating, a Judy Garland singalong (don’t crash) and drag queen bingo.
A ridiculous amount of coffee was consumed in the process of building this project. Add some fuel if you'd like to keep us going!
