On the 8th of June, 2007 around one million evangelic Christians protested against homosexuality. A few days later 3.5 million visitors took part in the world's biggest Pride Parade! Along with the mayor, several ministers of the government took part. In 1997 the first Pride Parade had only about 2000 participants. There are many other attractions in this city with over 10 million inhabitants. Dance clubs as well as the saunas are extremely popular. Enjoy this wonderful city but do pay attention to your own safety.
