TUI landed a great success on the German cruise market in 2009 with the launching of “Mein Schiff”. Four ships of the brand are now in operation, two more are being built. In 2017, “Mein Schiff 2” will set sails for a cruise to the Mediterranean for gays and their friends on the so-called the “Rainbow Cruise” for the first time. Westbam will provide music and Tim Fischer, among others, will entertain the approximately 2,000 expected guests. TUI is organising the first German-speaking cruise for gay men.
