Hipsters wear beards and drink craft beer in the evening – this much is known. And even though we’re almost through with hipster fashion, with the word “craft” still lingers on. So it is in the expression “craft chocolate” for really good chocolate – e.g. the bars from Mast Brothers from Brooklyn. They bars are wrapped in a sophisticated and stylish way – something between a volume of poetry and a Finnish ladies’ blouse. They also have an impressive content of cocoa, 60 to 75 percent. The brothers produce a total of 18 varieties following traditional craftsmanship. The chocolate is available in two shops in New York, one in London or worldwide online at leisure.
