Marriott International Inc launched its redesigned gay and lesbian microsite in mid-February. “The redesigned website is our way of expressing Marriott’s loyalty and commitment to all our guests,” said Randy Griffin, Vice President Global Sales. Our goal in 2012 is for the site to be a reliable and engaging source for the LGBT community to learn about holiday, business or group travel – just as we do for other guests.
The website for gay and lesbian guests, available in five languages, was first developed and launched in 2010. It reports on hotel openings, special events, popular destinations and special offers as well as arrangements for gay weddings.
