At “Manage my booking”, every passenger can share their Facebook or LinkedIn profile in a booking and thus receive information about their fellow passengers. You can see what other passengers have told about themselves in the seat map. You choose your seat based on that information. The new “Meet & Seat” service is currently available on 14 routes, such as Amsterdam to San Francisco, New York, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Toronto or São Paulo. The service is available from 90 days to 48 hours before departure.
