And the winner is… Janjep Carlos from the Philippines! In a ceremony in Cape Town, South Africa, Janjep Carlos was named Mr Gay World 2019. He is the second Mr Gay Philippines to be elected Mr Gay World. The 41-year-old businessman loves travelling and is involved in the organisation Mental Health PH.
The crown was presented to him by the acting Mr Gay World 2018: Jordan Paul Bruno from Australia.
The Philippines ranked #95 in the Spartacus Gay Travel Index 2019 next to other countries, among them Georgia and Peru.
