On a vast plot, overlooking an unspoiled bay, Maison Meltem invites to reinvent your Cretan holiday just a few minutes from the small seaside town of Agia Pelagia. An offer exclusively dedicated to adults looking to recharge their batteries in a relaxed and eco friendly atmosphere.

Somewhere between a top-of-the-range hotel and a guest house, with just 8 rooms, Giannis and Olivier will share with their sense of Cretan hospitality, their experience of a warm and personalised welcome. Maison Meltem offers three different types of accommodation:

- six independent suites of 33 m2, with terrace and private pool to oriented on the sea
- one panoramic bedroom of 21m2 on the ground floor of the guest villa, with its own entrance and uninterrupted views over the bay.
-one Studio of 40m2 on the garden level of the villa, with separate entrance, private terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and hills.

You also can rent the whole villa with is 10 bedrooms.

Maison Meltem offers access to a fitness room (from 2025), a swimming pool, a yoga area, a Finnish sauna (from October till April) and a jacuzzi on the lower ground with a sea view. The next beach is a five minutes drive.

Breakfast is included in the price and will be served every morning in the shade of the olive trees, facing the sea as a Cretan and Continental buffet with a la carte options. At lunchtime, a snack menu is available. In the evening, a unique Cretan menu is available upon reservation. It is served in the Guest house around a large table in a spirit of exchange and conviviality. Local products are cooked with Cretan olive oil! Giannis, your Greek host and chef, will cook all the meals for you. Born in Heraklion, he learned Greek Mediterranean cuisine in several Greek establishments, then worked for several years in Lyon, and attended the Paul Bocuse Institute.
