Saunas in Poland are similar to any other European country with video-rooms, darkrooms, mazes und cabins with porn films. Older Poles are not very open sexually. Bis sex parties tend to happen only in very dark places and especially when the visitors have had a few drinks. In nearly all saunas you can buy alcohol. There is not much prostitution, although in most of the saunas you can spot one or two guys who are not just there to relax. Bring your own condoms.
