Gay Guide Italy

There is no real wellness sauna culture in Italy. Men go to saunas in order to cruise and have sex. For this reason the sauna areas are relatively small and the maze areas are extensive. Saunas officially act as "private clubs". For this reason a club pass is required. This pass can usually be issued on-site. The most common club pass is the "One Pass Card" from Arcigay.
